You can browse my website without giving me any personal information. The only data I collect is what you choose to share, such as when you fill out a contact form or send me an email. I use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. I don’t use it for marketing, nor do I share it with third parties.

My website uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. Essential cookies are always enabled to make the site work properly. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner when you first visit, and you can revisit your preferences at any time. How to complain and my data complaints procedure

If you have any concerns or wish to make a formal complaint about how I use, store or protect your personal information, you have a statutory right to raise a data protection complaint directly with me.

My process:

  • I will formally acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days.

  • I will investigate the matter and take appropriate steps to resolve it without undue delay, keeping you fully informed of our progress and the final outcome.

  • I maintain a secure administrative record of all data protection complaints, including investigation steps and resolutions.

If you remain dissatisfied with my response or how your complaint was handled, you maintain the right to escalate your concern to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
